1. Consultation and Design

Vehicle Measurements: Exact measurements and photos are taken.
Design Creation: A graphic designer creates a digital mockup using templates.
2. Printing the Wrap
Material Selection: Choose the type of vinyl (cast vinyl is common).
Print the Design: High-resolution graphics are printed on large format printers.
Lamination: A clear protective layer is added to prevent UV damage and scratches.
3. Vehicle Preparation
Thorough Cleaning: The car is washed and decontaminated (wax, oil, and dirt removal).
Surface Inspection: Check for paint damage, rust, or dents that could affect the wrap.
Removal of Parts: Mirrors, trim, lights, and badges may be removed for better access.
4. Installation of the Wrap
Vinyl Application: The vinyl is carefully aligned and applied using heat and squeegees.
Stretching & Wrapping: The film is heated and stretched to conform to curves and edges.
Seam and Edge Work: Special attention is given to corners, door jambs, and seams.
5. Post-Installation
Final Trimming: Excess vinyl is cut off precisely.
Heat Sealing: Edges are reheated to secure adhesion and avoid lifting.
Quality Check: Inspect the wrap for bubbles, lifting, or wrinkles.
6. Delivery and Care Instructions
Client Review: The vehicle is presented to the client for approval.
Care Guide: Instructions are provided (e.g., avoid pressure washing for a few days, use gentle soap).
